Experience

I’ve had the privilege of working in many design roles for an even more diverse spectrum of companies over my career including graphic design, digital and print design, web design, branding, service design, and full-stack UX design. Because of this experience, I’ve acquired a broad set of skills that allow me to approach problems from a variety of perspectives and adapt to meet the needs of the design challenge.

I recently joined Dicks Sporting Goods as a Senior Product Designer to be able to work in a space where creativity, sports, and business collide. Here I am focused on the loyalty program; implementing innovative ways to convert new visitors and evolving the relationship with our current customers from a retail store to a full Sports experience.

Previously, I was a User Experience Designer at Global Custom Commerce, a Home Depot Company, an e-commerce retailer. Where I worked in an agile environment and collaborated across departments; I built features, enhanced systems, and optimized the customer journey on both sides of the shopping experience (pre and post-purchase). GCC consistently outpaced itself year-over-year gaining market share and positioning itself as the largest pure-play e-commerce retailer in the configurable home décor space.

In my past life, I worked in the branding world. I helped a variety of companies; ranging from Fortune 500s in the oil and gas field to small franchise pizza parlors crafting brands that helped companies extend to new markets and gain higher brand recognition with their customers.
